Mastic Gelato or Orchid /Mastic Gelato inspired by the traditional Greek mastic ice cream.

Having sampled the goodness of your hibiscus and pistachio creations, I imagine you might be able make a wonderful gelato with mastic. I've tried mastic ice creams in both Greece and Egypt (although some claim the Egyptian Masteka is made from a different tree than that of Greek "Chios mastic"). Greek mastic or "tears of Chios" is collected from a Pistacia species of tree and considered of the best quality for producing the best flavor. Wonderful, if you get the chance to try it!
