I used to live in Italy for study abroad and one of the most amazing flavors I tasted there was Ricotta.... it was just so creamy and delicious. Sort of like a cheesecake flavor but creamier and yet also lighter (fluffy like ricotta). I think I ate it at least once a week in the fall - it seemed like the perfect fall flavor.

    Mixes amazingly with fruit sorbets, especially lemon. Blueberry would be good as well.
