In our monthly lab tours, you'll meet with Uli, and learn all about how we make our gelato. Starting from scratch, we'll make a fresh batch of one of our signature flavors. You'll come out knowing about what makes gelato/sorbetto authentic and why it's different from ice cream. We'll wrap up with a group tasting of several flavors, and we'll also send you home with a pint of your choosing.
